The primary and secondary schools have officially started their new terms in Baoji City, where  using offical business vehicles to send kids to school have become “bright spots” with some police vehicles showing up in front of high school gates, appearing dazzling.
According to the residents in Baoji City of Henan Province, on the 1st September in the morning, an ocean of people teemed into Baoji Secondary School and Baoji City No. 1 High School in Baoji City crowded with students and parents who came to register their children in the schools.

At about 10 am, a broad region at the school entrance was blocked by vehicles that sent students to the school where 6 or 7 security guards were flat out maintaining the traffic order. There was a large number of government vehicles imprinted with Industry & Commerce, Health Supervision and Court among the shuttle-like traffic.

One witness said he observed 32 business vehicles arriving at the two key schools and 26 of the vehicles were police cars within just over an hour, which is rare in China.
