The case of Yang Jia has come to a close. Yang Jia murdered six policemen in Shanghai in July, yet the people of China had labelled him a citizen’s hero. You only need know the way citizens are mistreated by the authorities and government to understand why.

He was executed in the morning of the 26th of this month. Ever since, the bloggers have been constantly putting up posts to mourn his passing and to plead for the people of China to finally stand up against the tyrannous government that rules the country by force.

His trial, like all others in the present Chinese Law system, was a farce and  yet another travesty of justice. He was promptly executed before any of the critical issues pending could be investigated.

Mr Yan of Sichuan Province told reporters that he believes that more and more people will be given courage to stand up against the barbaric system that dominates the country. He explained the extreme means used by the government and authorities will only make a growing resistance to such constant injustices.

Mr Wang of Dongguan protested the underhanded nature of the authorities in not announcing the date of Yang’s execution. He stated that if they had announced that they would do such a thing, there would have been a mass of people to protest such an illegal action of murdering a man without a fair trial.

Mr Liu of Jiangsu Province said that it is clear that because everything to do with Yang’s case was done in secret, there were indecent matters to do with the case that the authorities feared would be found out. He stated that one of the Communist officials had publicly stated that the common people of China are no more than the wind that breaks from his behind. He stated that it is abominable that officials disregard Chinese citizens to this extent.

Mr. Liu believes that it is obvious the government is illegitimate, and a government of injustice. He stated that this is not only reflected in Yang Jia’s case but also explicitly so in various areas, indicating that it is an illicit organization. He feels that more and more Chinese citizens should become civic-minded and aware of their rights as citizens. Mr Liu said that Chinese people want to be real citizens and must end this evil, deceptive dictatorship and tyrannical rule.
