Mainland officials expose inside graft of Communist officialdom
Recently, an official of the oil company in a city of the Mainland, publicly disclosed his personal experience of the Chinese Communists official corruption and chaos, exposing Chinese officials accepting dowry valuables and their embezzling practice on occasions like the Chinese New Year and during other holidays.
Chief manager Mr. Ji who served at the oil company noted that officials at all levels not only take advantage of his position to corrupt but also accept valuables from subordinates, which is another way to collect wealth. Mr. Ji acknowledged he sent to his superiors gifts of over ten thousand yuan during the Chinese New Year.
Mr. Ji said, during the Chinese New Year and it’’s festivals, higher ranks send expensive presents while lower ranks send less expensive gifts. On the occasion of a wedding, death, children studying in university, family members falling ill in cadres’ families, subordinates have to send presents to the value of one to two thousand in the least, either in money or costly presents or gift cards for shopping. Mr. Ji said that in this era everyone has to work hard and it’s no use no matter how well one performs. Chinese people use half of their wisdom in graft practices.
Mr. Ji also revealed that no Mainland officials are not corrupt and fight for vested interests in officialdom in internal frictions and have complex interpersonal relations; now officials are classified into: fellowship of hometown, classmates, schoolmates, blood ties with even more complicated relations at corporate companies, and even cleaners are not to be underestimated. Corrupt officials are those privileged rich people, extremely extravagant and arrogant.
Mr. Ji also revealed that the salary in the oil system went down in comparison with that in 2008, with the index fallen by 30%. It is not because the work unit has no money but the higher authorities hold it up, claiming that the salary of the oil system is way too high, creating a big gap from that of locals, not conducive to the social stability.
