Nearly 300 veterans and workers from Henan Ancai High Tech Joint-stock Company are unhappy with the factory’s new temporary low-wage arrangements. They are now demanding to be paid the difference for all the years that they had worked. They have petitioned for many years with no result, and will again collectively petition to Beijing.
