Shanghai appellant missing, kidnapped by Regime

Recently, Shen Peilan, a Shanghai City petitioner and rights defender, was taken away by unidentified persons when she was doing a religious service in a church located near the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. Mr. Cai, her husband, reported the case immediately, but until now there is no actual news about her.
