Large-scale teacher’s strike in Chongqing

A large scale teachers’ strike has occurred in Chongqing city, following October’s Yongchuan strike. Tens of millions of teachers in the Jiangjin and Qijiang area also followed suit. They demanded reasonable wages, Internet access be available in all schools, and a ban on teacher’s using the ‘QQ Group’ chat room be lifted.

Public uprising in Longnan leads to many arrests

Chinese pig feed contains sleeping pills and hormones
